How can I cancel my Ampliyo Premium plan?

1 min read

While we’d love you to continue with the benefits of our Premium plan, you can easily switch back to the Free plan at any time. Here’s how:

Desktop:

  1. Access the Menu: Find the main menu on the left side of your screen.
  2. Navigate to Billing: Select “Billing,” followed by “Invoice & Subscription.”
  3. Customer Billing Portal: You’ll be taken to the billing portal where you can manage your subscription.
  4. Choose the Free Plan: Select the option to switch to the Free ReviewSpike plan.

Mobile/Tablet:

  1. Find the Menu: Tap the menu icon (often in the top-right corner).
  2. Billing Section: Choose “Billing” and then “Invoice & Subscription.”
  3. Billing Portal: You’ll access the billing portal to manage your subscription.
  4. Switch to Free: Follow the prompts to downgrade to the Free plan.

Important Things to Know:

  • No Automatic Refunds: Switching plans does not automatically generate a refund for any unused portion of your Premium subscription.
  • Timing Matters: If you don’t want to be charged for another Premium period, make sure you downgrade before your renewal date.
  • Free Features Forever: Even if you cancel Premium, you’ll still have access to the core features of ReviewSpike at no cost.
