Where can I check my remaining SMS quota?

1 min read

You can easily find your current SMS quota directly on your Ampliyo dashboard:

  1. Log in: Access your Ampliyo account.
  2. Dashboard Overview: After logging in, you’ll be on your main dashboard. Look for a section titled “SMS Quota” or something similar.
  3. Detailed Breakdown: This section should display:
    • Remaining Quota: The number of SMS messages you can still send within your current period.
    • Monthly Plan Quota: The total number of SMS included in your subscription plan.
    • Purchased Quota: Any additional SMS bundles you may have purchased.

Additional Tips:

  • Renewal Date: Many plans reset your SMS quota on a specific date each month.Check to see when your quota will renew.
  • Upgrade Options: If you’re running low on SMS, your dashboard might offer an easy way to upgrade your plan or purchase more SMS credits.

Can’t Find It?

If you don’t see an “SMS Quota” section on your dashboard, here are some possibilities:

  • New Account: Your quota information may appear after you start sending SMS.
  • Alternative Location: Check other areas of your dashboard or settings for billing or usage details.
